Returns & Exchanges

At Barefoot Campus Outfitter, we want you to love your collegiate gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
